This tea is particularly enjoyable on a cold day, but can also be served as an ice tea.

- 3 fresh lemongrass sticks
- 1 large fresh ginger root piece
- 1 tablespoon of dried stevia
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1-2 lime (juiced)
- 4 cups of spring water
how to prepare sweet soothing tea ingredients
Step 1. Place 4 cups of spring water into a large pan and bring to boil.
Step 2. Peel the ginger root and cut into small slices. Wash the lemongrass and cut into a few pieces. Place both ingredients into the boiling pan.
Step 3. Add the cinnamon stick and the dried stevia.
Step 4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5. Add the lemon juice just before serving.
